Rachel works in close collaboration with the Senior Partners coordinating and maintaining the resources tracker system for Theatre Consultancy and Acoustics across all the business units at Charcoalblue.

Prior to joining CCB Rachel spent 20 years in education. Rachel has taught in a variety of schools, the majority of her career in secondary schools as Head of Music, alongside teaching drama. She has also taught in Primary schools for a number of years.
Music is an important part of Rachel's life and she is a member of The Priory Singers choir, a wind octet and The Wooden Tubes (a bassoon sextet).
