Kabir supports and delivers Charcoablue’s wider People strategy alongside our Group DEI strategy, championing positive employee relations, and supporting the HR team in delivering their objectives in relation to people engagement, talent development, recruitment and ensuring compliance with all associated policies and procedures.
Kabir joined Charcoalblue in 2021, bringing over 19 years’ experience in People Management and HR, leading large teams to deliver company wide HR objectives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
