Jake Katz

Jake joined Charcoalblue in 2022, bringing longstanding experience as a recruiter and HR business partner across a multitude of industries. Jake works to create an environment where all current and future team members can be their true authentic self and achieve their goals. He is passionate about improving candidate and employee experience, people development, connecting talent, and diversity and inclusion. His most rewarding accomplishment in his career was being a stay-at-home dad for 18 months. Jake volunteers as an Advocate Leader on Capitol Hill on behalf of the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance, raising awareness, developing relationships with elected officials, and fighting for increased funding for ovarian cancer research throughout the United States. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and son.
