The Charcoalblue team, June 2022

Charcoalblue is thrilled to announce the opening of its new Bay Area Studio, located in Sunnyvale, California. Adding to our East and Central anchors in New York and Chicago, the new studio solidifies our presence and commitment to our distributed team members working from Phoenix to San Diego, to Los Angeles and the Bay area, and as well as our dedication to both longstanding and new clients here in the Golden State.

“We are incredibly proud of the work and projects that our teams have supported here on the West Coast over the past several years and Charcoalblue’s commitment to this new studio location is a reflection of our team’s amazing achievements in the region.”

Our work delivering event spaces for Google, along with supporting a breadth of clients to realize exceptional user experiences for their venues, has allowed us to develop a diverse portfolio of work across the region. We are excited to be able to better service clients and organizations in the region who want to create spaces that will make an impact for their community, visitors, and industry.

“This is an exciting time for Charcoalblue. The addition of this studio reinforces our presence on the West Coast as we build upon our reputation for delivering creative capital projects for the experience economy.”

Gary P. Wright, Director for Growth and New Work, Charcoalblue Experience

After working in the region since 2019, we are delighted to have a physical space for our distributed workforce to gather and to host clients and collaborators. This milestone allows us to expand our Acoustic Design, Owners Representation, Project Management and Theatre Consulting services, strengthening our position as the world's leading Acoustic, Experience, and Theatre Consultancy.
