As someone who has worked across a variety of areas of the entertainment landscape, I have been fortunate enough to be able to always follow my passion for amazing new projects. From my time touring the world with Cirque du Soleil, to creating new worlds with Universal Creative as two examples, I have been exposed to different schools of thought and how it takes teams of diverse skill sets to accomplish great things.
What Excites You Most About Your Work
The most exciting part of my work is the ability to forge connections with people across all different types of sectors to unite for a common purpose to deliver something extraordinary. It allows everyone to bring all of themselves and their skills to the table to find innovative and exciting ways of working.
What We Won’t Learn from Your CV
After traveling for a living for many years on the road, I love being home being an obsessive pet ‘parent’ to my two dogs.

Collaboration – I have based most of my career (in my previous work as a Production Manager, and now at Charcoalblue) on gathering together a diverse set of stakeholders to ensure a smooth collaborative environment. I thrive working with people who come together for a singular purpose. I love discovering their unique points of view and priorities, and I find that if those are respected, it shapes an atmosphere where we all can thrive
