What Excites You Most About Your Work

Learning about new Tech coming into the industry and learning about events and Theatre projects, also The change from Integrator to client side and learning new system and new areas within Audio visual. I am driven by a great design or experience where you can walk into a space when it is finished and really appreciate all the hard work that went in to make this project or design come to life and looking incredible, As i haven’t been at CBX, i am enjoying the work alot

What We Won’t Learn from Your CV

I used to ski for GB where i used to travel across the world to compete at a high level, i now try and ski every year to keep up the passion

Cultural Value You Most Identify With

i would say the one that most sits with myself is Collaboration – we are only as strong as our weakest link – where this means working jointly as a team and blending our skills to share the same goal – I feel this is important in the industry which is shown a lot at Charcoal blue everyone works together and collaborates together to achieve the high standards we need, everyone is brought up and no put down.
