What Excites You Most About Your Work

I am excited about how our team is empowering clients with tools and processes to build sustainable experience design programs that can scale. The combined expertise of our team’s diverse backgrounds means each project component has someone who can back up our recommendations with experience. The recommendations have high level programmatic strategy while diving into details to help clients avoid pitfalls our team has experienced in past work.

What Are You Learning About Right Now

Whenever current politics are disappointing, I read historians to zoom out and get a broader perspective. I am especially empowered by autobiographies and voices that have been marginalized in the past. Reading these books gives me the courage to be the change I would like to see in others.

I identify most with Collaboration because I like combining the strengths and experiences of colleagues, vendors, and clients to solve problems. I love learning about the root issues and concerns stakeholders care about and then working as a team to synthesize feedback into meaningful recommendations.
