I’m a Project Coordinator at Charcoalblue, which means I handle a lot of documentation and behind-the-scenes administration and logistics. I’m still learning the ropes at Charcoalblue, but I like to keep things clear and organized, staying a step ahead of project needs to minimize friction and maximize efficiency. What matters most to me is being someone people can rely on! If I’m doing my job well, my colleagues can focus on the bigger picture.
What Brought You to Charcoalblue
I came to Charcoalblue from a background in theatre and live events, drawn to a company that balances creativity with strong systems and technical rigor. I was especially interested in how Charcoalblue supports complex, detail-heavy projects while staying connected to the bigger picture of how spaces shape collaboration and experience. That mix of structure and creativity really aligns with how I like to work, and made it feel like a natural fit.
Coffee, Travel, or Creative Ritual
I love international travel, especially when I get to practice Spanish! I really like learning about the culture and history of the places I go. I also enjoy trying different countries’ versions of cornflakes. They vary more than you’d think.
Cultural Value You Most Identify With
The Charcoalblue cultural value I most identify with is Communication. Working in theatre, perhaps the ultimate team sport, I quickly learned that effective communication is the foundation for accomplishing any sort of complex project as a team. You could have the best idea in the world, but it won’t matter if people don’t understand it. Communication is required to keep a project’s wheels all rolling in the same direction.
