Rachel Morgan

Rachel works in close collaboration with the Senior Partners coordinating and maintaining the resources tracker system for Theatre Consultancy and Acoustics across all the business units at Charcoalblue.

I am a Resource Coordinator at Charcoal Blue, helping to make sure the right people are on the right projects at the right time. I spend a lot of my day working with different teams across the business, juggling schedules and figuring out how best to keep things running smoothly.I try to keep things practical and flexible, as plans can change pretty quickly. I enjoy getting to know people and understanding how they like to work, so I can find solutions that suit both the team and the project. What matters most to me is helping create a positive, balanced environment where people feel supported and projects can run without too many bumps along the way.

What Excites You Most About Your Work

What excites me most about work is about helping things fall into place. I enjoy working with people and solving the puzzle of resourcing, finding the right balance across teams and projects. It’s especially rewarding to know I’ve played a part in keeping things moving and making sure everyone feels supported.

I currenctly play and sing in a viarty of music ensembles from a bassoon sextet to a choir. I have also helped set up a local community orchestra to try to get people back playing

The cultural value I identify most with is collaboration. Collaboration is about connection and balance. I work closely with different teams across the business, making sure we’re aligned and finding solutions that work for everyone. I enjoy the balance of listening, problem solving and finding ways to make things work or everyone involved. I enjoy building relationships and creating a supportive environment where people feel heard and able to work together effectively.
