Mathilde Provencher
Systems Assistant
Supporting operations by researching new technology and processes, performing regular audits of our existing systems, and creating templates for better information storage and distribution. Excel Wizard in training.
I wrangle large amounts of data across multiple systems, as well support the implementation of new operational processes and systems. I am the first point of contact for any operational inquiries and new ventures with knowledge management. With all that I do, I make sure I am clear, communicative, and inquisitive, because good operations should be seamless for the user and easy for the team to upkeep. I care about learning and asking questions, and fostering an environment that encourages growth.
What Brought You to Charcoalblue
I came to Charcoalblue because as someone who is just getting started, the dedication, expertise, and just plain cool work that happens around here is inspiring. I think it is the perfect place to discover where I belong in the world of arts while supporting a team that creates the stage for where it all happens.
What Are You Learning About Right Now
Currently, I am learning about knowledge management for work and how to run a blog/newsletter for my writing.
Cultural Value That Guides Engagement with Others
Creativity and innovation is at the center of how I engage with the rest of Charcoalblue. We have so much data and expertise here, and in order to leverage it I need to know what would benefit the team. This means I approach everything with the open mindedness of someone doing this for the first time picking out the knowledge of people who have done this for years. My hope is for operations to be just as creative and innovative as the rest of Charcoalblue.
