Meet the Team

Lindsay Ricketts

Business Development Associate

Lindsay provides support to the New York Studio and coordinate administrative operations with the global Charcoalblue Business Support team.

I focus on Business Development efforts across the Americas by building relationships and finding new project opportunities. Utilizing our team’s experience and connections to the entertainment industries, I coordinate our pursuit efforts both as an independent consulting group and in partnership with architects and builders. I strive to find projects and organizations who share our values and seek to elevate arts and culture world through the built environment.

What Excites You Most About Your Work

My background is theatre, previously working in every area except the stage! I love that I have another way to connect to new and old venues that bring live entertainment to the masses. It’s so exciting to take friends and family to see a show in one of our buildings and share the details behind the evolution of the design.

Coffee, Travel, or Creative Ritual

I’m a professional hobbyist or jill-of-all-trades. Outside of the studio, I enjoy running, cycling, skiing, hiking, crafting/DIY, reading, card games, and dancing. On most weekends I’ll be tuned into an F1 grand prix.

Cultural Value That Guides Engagement with Others

Collaboration is one of our core tenets and I keep that top of mind when seeking the right team for each new opportunity. One of our greatest assets is our team’s wide and established connections to live entertainment professionals and organizations. Our experience from all corners of the market helps inform our approach to each unique venue in some form. With those tools, we are able to create spaces that propel each venue’s mission.
