Kyrie provides service support across the Charcoalblue Experience business unit globally and organizes our coordinator team alongside CBX Associate Directors.

At Charcoalblue I work in service operations, developing the tools and processes that keep our project teams running smoothly and efficiently. Over the past few years, I’ve focused on building systems that make complex work feel manageable by removing friction so our project managers can focus on what they do best.My approach is collaborative and detail-oriented. I believe the quality of what we build behind the scenes directly shapes the quality of what our clients experience. Every process I design is built with real people in mind.What matters most to me is the team I get to support and lead. The people at Charcoalblue are exceptional, and showing up for them and with them is what drives me every day.

What Brought You to Charcoalblue

I came to Charcoalblue at a point in my career when I was looking for something that honored my background in theatre and production management while offering more consistency and stability. (It was the peak of Covid lockdown, so steady work was a challenge!) What I found exceeded my expectations. Charcoalblue is full of creatives who have made that same transition, people who understand the discipline, adaptability, and collaborative instincts that live performance demands and who have found ways to apply those skills in meaningful new contexts.Charcoalblue represents a culture of creative, driven people doing important work that makes a real difference.

What We Won’t Learn from Your CV

I spend hours designing dungeon maps, building towns, crafting lore as my D&D campaign’s dungeon master. It’s collaborative storytelling at its most chaotic and joyful and I love every second of it.Here’s the thing though, it’s really not that surprising. A background in stage management teaches you to hold a room together when everything goes sideways. Working at a company whose foundation is all about “creating amazing spaces where stories are told and experiences are shared” means I landed exactly where I belong!
