Brian is responsible for coordinating and delivering Audio Visual systems for our clients from Concept through Delivery to the end user.

As a Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for leading teams for the successful delivery of large scale, complex projects. I emphasize creative and collaborative problem solving while working with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project requirements are clearly defined, schedules are met, and budgets adhered to. Communication is key for project delivery, so I am always looking for ways to improve and streamline communications with my teams.
