Oliver provides consultancy in all aspects of theatre design, specialising in auditorium design, theatre planning, sightlines and accessibility.

Oliver is a qualified Architect with previous experience designing and coordinating cultural and performance related projects. He graduated from the London Metropolitan school of Art, Architecture and Design and completed a year of study at Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland as part of the Erasmus exchange programme.
Prior to joining Charcoalblue he worked with Sergison Bates architects on the design and coordination of a new Performing Arts Centre in Leuven, Belgium, and with Feilden Clegg Bradley studios on the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. He also worked with Níall McLaughlin Architects on the site stages of the RIBA Stirling Prize winning New Library for Magdalene College, University of Cambridge.
In his spare time he enjoys playing Piano, holding ABRSM Piano grade 8, and previously played as part of a jazz band at the Cheltenham Jazz Festival.
