Naia supports the Partners and Principals on our Operations, coordinating and maintaining our resourcing, internal communications and business-critical systems & processes to ensure effective, efficient working across the practice
Prior to joining Charcoalblue, Naia studied Media Arts at Royal Holloway University, specialising in Producing Film & TV. During her time at university, Naia produced a number of short films with fellow students as part of her degree and for the Film Festival Society.
Naia has a passion for photography and has also worked for events at the Royal Albert Hall, Science Museum, London.
Her interests and experience extend beyond theatre and film; she has volunteered for children sports programs in local schools, as well as larger events, such as the London Youth Games at the Olympic Park.
Naia is also currently studying British Sign Language.

The Rumble
… and what would that venue specialise in? Dance, live music, theatre…?
Intimate live music venue.
What qualities should a 'great performance space' have?
A great performance space should enhance the art, whether spoken, sung, danced or improvised, bringing it to life in the eyes of the audience. A performance space should break barriers or build walls, supporting the needs of the piece.
