Meghan acts as a key project management interface between the client and external teams. Meghan creates and manages the project schedule, assigns design-build action items on show-driven architecture, and assesses risks regularly with the project team.

With a background in themed entertainment design, Meghan began her career in creative direction and master planning for theme parks like Dollywood, and Silver Dollar City. This included directing concept art and story development, along with trend analysis, managing artistic vendors. Meghan later joined Google's Experience Studio, where she developed interactive show driven architecture for Google's Customer Experience Centers. Upon joining Charcoalblue, Meghan took on a project management role, acting as the key interface between Google's Experience Studio internal teams, and external business partners. She manages internal project schedule, tasks lists, and risk registers. Meghan also consistently evaluates the design process, identifying areas for improvement. She is skilled in translating business requirements into creative visions and assessing the effectiveness of technology interactions for the end user.
