Ellie Kneissl
Project Manager
Ellie is responsible for providing leadership during project planning stages by collaborating with the client, architects, and engineers to develop a detailed budget, schedule and action plan for the project. She coordinates, and directs activities regarding the construction and installation of technical systems and works with team members to discuss and resolve construction and design issues as they arise.
Ellie is a resourceful technical systems designer and project manager with over 25 years experience designing and managing projects from major construction to live events to permanent exhibits. An AV and construction professional with a history of meeting company goals utilizing consistent and organized practices. Skilled in working under pressure and adapting to new situations and challenges to best enhance the organizational brand. Ellie has an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction.
Before joining the Charcoalblue team, Ellie worked in live theater, film and television production, audio/video engineering, and themed construction management. She worked for the Public Theater, New York Shakespeare Festival, Signature Theater, WorldStage, Big Show Construction Management, Scharff-Weisberg, and ran her own systems design and consulting firm. She has worked all over the globe, running projects in Colombia, Abu Dhabi, England, Spain, and all across the United States.
