Experience
Flip joins Charcoalblue after a total of fourteen years with the RSC, eight of which were spent in Stratford-upon-Avon as Project Coordinator for the RSC’s Transformation Project, Technical Projects Manager and Technical Director for The Other Place. For six years previous to that, Flip worked on touring productions, repertory seasons in Stratford and in the West End, a season as DSM in the West End for Bill Kenwright and a year at Cheltenham Everyman Theatre. Flip trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and spent seven years before the RSC working in Stage Management.

 Consultancy and feasibility work includes the English National Opera production facility at Trinity Buoy Wharf, London; the Ebert Room, Glyndebourne; design & project management for new RSC The Other Place; RSC Workshop Feasibility Study; Becketts Shorts – 5 plays in unique environments; King Edward’s School Feasibility Study and Henley-in–Arden School Feasibility Study.
