All members of Charcoalblue are encouraged to continue working in the industry, with paid leave being offered if required. Within the past three years Charcoalblue employees have designed the sound for musicals in the West End and around the world, and lit shows at Glyndebourne Opera House, the West Yorkshire Playhouse, The Deutsche Oper Berlin and The Gate in London.
