...a school theatre becomes an exciting new space for performance

Project summary

The 400 Hall at Repton School has undergone a major refurbishment to transform it into a modern horseshoe-shaped theatre seating 300, with improved facilities and a new foyer. Charcoalblue has been involved in the planning of the building, and  developed a new tension wire grid and adaptable staging rostra which allow great flexibility and ease of use in the theatre.

Technical systems design was also undertaken to update and improve the stagelighting, audiovisual and stage engineering facilities.
