Project summary

St. Ann's Warehouse started out at the Church of St. Ann in Brooklyn Heights. Under the leadership of founding Artistic Director Susan Feldman, the company moved to an old spice milling factory at 38 Water Street in DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) in 2002. The warehouse is now under threat of conversion into residential properties, and so St Anns are once again on the move.

Charcoalblue are assisting Susan and her team in identifying a new space in which they can continue to flourish, and providing detailed guidance on the technical and planning issues surrounding their move.
